Citizen's Bank has acquired a new employee, Roger Richardson.

Richardson currently resides in Shelbyville with his wife, Jolie, and three sons, Travis, Justin, and Caleb.

Richardson graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science and received specialized training at Southeastern Agriculture Lending School. He has 16 years of banking experience including work as a loan officer, business analyst, and credit operation officer with Farm Credit Services.

In his spare time, Richardson is involved in the Shelbyville Noon Rotary Club, is a Bedford County 4-H Adult Volunteer Leader, and a Deacon at Fairlane Church of Christ.
