Sept. 23 - Joyce Inez Byrd, 36, of Lawrenceburg, was arrested for failure to appear. Bond was set at $4,000; her court date is Oct. 24.
Sept. 23 - Jason Dwayne Morgan, 19, of Lewisburg, was arrested for possession of a schedule VI drug. Bond was set at $1,000; his court date is Nov. 6.
Sept. 23 - Jeffry Andrew Alberts, 39, of Lewisburg, was arrested for domestic assault. Bond was set at $1,000; his court date is Oct. 2.
Sept. 23 - Vandalism of a '96 Chevy Blazer, owned by Zach Tucker, occurred. Estimated damages are $1,500. No arrest has been made.
Sept. 23 - Fannie May Taylor, 44, of Lewisburg, was arrested for theft under $500 and two counts of criminal simulation. Bond was set at $7,000; her court date is Oct. 10.
Sept. 24 - Susan E. Miles, 43, of Lewisburg, was arrested for violation of probation. Bond was set at $1,000; her court date is Nov. 6.
Sept. 24 - Alan Osburn, 22, of Lewisburg, was arrested for DUI. Bond was set at $1,000; his court date is Nov. 6.
Sept. 24 - Danny Hobby, 51, of Belfast, was arrested for public intoxication. Bond was set at $500; his court date is Nov. 6.
Sept. 24 - David Troy Rodgers, 32, of Lewisburg, was arrested for public intoxication. His court date is Oct. 2.
Sept. 24 - Ramiro Flores Cruz, 33, of Lewisburg, was arrested for his second DUI offense. Bond was set at $2,000; his court date is Oct 14.
Sept. 24 - Manolo Martinez Mercado, 19, of Lewisburg, was arrested for public intoxication. Bond was set at $500; his court date is Oct. 14.
Sept. 25 - Sherry Lynn Riley, 40, of Lewisburg, was arrested for capias. Bond was set at $50,000; her court date is Oct. 25.
Sept. 25 - Berry Ugene Everly, 42, of Lewisburg, was arrested for domestic assault. Bond was set at $1,000; his court date is Nov. 13.
