Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at 4 p.m. at Sunset Park Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home.
Born on June 16, 1943, in Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Oren Allen and the late Rainey Allen. She enjoyed dancing, playing the guitar, and listening to country music. Laura loved being outdoors camping and fishing.
Survivors include her daughter, Lisa (Bill) Thomas of Lewisburg; son, Robert (Linda) Lashwood of Lewisburg; grandchildren, Chance Childers, Lexi Thomas, Chris Lashwood, Bryan Lashwood, Mickey Scarfone; great-grandchildren, Jonah, Arianna, Alex, John Paul, Raelyn, Ryker, and Penelope.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Farmer and daughter, Shelia Scarfone.
