SIX EMPLOYERS TO PARTICIPATE IN JOB FAIR TUESDAY

More Than 200 Positions To Be Available During Goodwill-Hosted Hiring Event

(Middle Tenn.) — The Goodwill Career Solutions center at 405 S. James Campbell Blvd. in Columbia will host a job fair from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 14, for six employers seeking to fill more than 200 positions in Maury, Dickson, Marshall, Wayne and Williamson counties.

Employers include Goodwill, CoreCivic South Central, Global Manufacturing Services, American Home Design, Progressive Directions Inc. and the U.S. 2020 Census Bureau. Openings include correctional officers, hand finisher, CNC machinist, maintenance officer, recreation officer, senior correctional officer, retail sales representative, brand ambassador, lead retail associates, production worker, direct support professional and other positions. Rates of pay reach $27 per hour.

Representatives from these companies will be on-site and interviews are possible, so job-seekers should dress for success. Job candidates are encouraged to bring a resume, photo ID and their Social Security card or birth certificate.
