Horton defies odds, scores hole-in-one
The odds of getting a hole-in-one are approximately one in 33,000, but on Aug. 17 John Horton defied the probabilities, knocking in his ball with a 9-iron on the par-3 17th hole at Saddle Creek Golf Club. Witnessing Horton's ace were his playing partners, Eddie Liggett, Tim Liggett, and Joe Tant, who all quenched their thirst after the round. Photo submitted
