First Commerce Bank’s Board of Directors announced at its July meeting the following promotions in its bank staff: Jared McCullough was promoted from Loan Officer to Vice President. Jimmy Bass was promoted from Assistant Vice President to Vice President. Luke Buckley was promoted to the position of the bank’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and Information Security Officer. “It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotions of these fine individuals for their leadership within our organization.
