Duncan earns Lions honor
Lewisburg Lion Aubrey Duncan, left, was awarded the Melvin Jones Fellowship by Lion President Vicki Cain. He received the award in recognition of his service to Lionism. Named for the founder of Lions Clubs International, Melvin Jones, the fellowship is one of the Lion Clubs International Foundation’s highest recognitions, honoring the commitment to humanitarian service. Aubrey received a commemorative plaque and lapel pin acknowledging his dedication to the foundation’s humanitarian goals. Earlier this year Aubrey received recognition for fifty years of membership in Lions International.
