Arrested and charged with driving under the influence

* Charlie A. Williams, 26, Yell Road. Held until a judge can set bond. Additional charges: leaving the scene of an accident, failure to give immediate notice of an accident, and violation of an order of protection. This is allegedly Williams' third DUI.

* Christopher Railling, 26, Belfast-Farmington Road. Bond: $2,500; court date: April 8. Additional charges: violation of the implied consent law and simple possession of marijuana.

* Timothy A. Peete, 58, Franklin Pike. Bond: $1,500; court date: April 1. Additional charge: child endangerment. When the 9-year-old child's mother, Lauren T. Peete, 25, arrived on the scene, she was charged with driving on a suspended license. Her bond was $500; court date: April 8.

* Johnny D. Pruett, 41, West Commerce Street. Bond: $1,000; court date: April 8. Additional charges: violation of the implied consent law and failure to provide proof of insurance.

Arrested and charged with aggravated assault, aggravated criminal trespass, and vandalism

* Danny Love Jr., 25, Chapel Hill. Bond: $9,000; court date: March 19.

Arrested and charged with being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm

* Gary D. Law, 20, Nashville. Bond: $6,000; court date: April 1. Lewisburg Police dog Roccon alerted to a small overnight bag in a car being searched, and Law admitted the loaded .45 caliber Llama semi-automatic pistol in the bag was his, according to the report by Officer Mike Davis.

Tylissa S. Cross, 21, of Maple Street, the driver of the car in which Law was a passenger, was arrested and charged with driving on a revoked license and speeding. Her bond was $500; court date: April 1.

Arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault

* Bennie R. Sheppard, 51, Ownby Road. Bond: $7.500; court date: April 1.

Arrested and charged with violation of bond conditions

* Donald K. Mayes, 46, Will Murphy Road. Held without bond for court on April 1.

Thefts reported

* A Lewisburg woman reported to Marshall County Sheriff's Department her stepson had stolen a 1983 black Dodge pickup truck worth $3,000, as well as 20 antique coal oil lamps, a truck tool box, tools, a tool chest on wheels, fishing equipment, Case knives, an antique fiddle, a ball cap and a football, worth an additional $1,500.

* On March 3, a home on 8th Avenue South was broken into and a 46-inch LG television, a laptop computer, and an Xbox gaming system, worth a total of $2.400, were taken. The stolen items were all rented from Aaron's.

* A Lewisburg man reported to Marshall County Sheriff's Department he loaned two guns, worth $1,100, to a friend almost a year ago, and had been trying to get them back. Recently he found the guns at East Commerce Pawn.

* A Lewisburg woman reported to police her wallet had been stolen from her purse while she was at work in a doctor's office. The wallet contained $10 cash, a driver's license, a debit card, and a TSSAA game access card, worth a total of $171.

* Jeffrey B. Utz, 20, Petersburg. Bond: $5,000; court date: March 5.

Turned himself in on warrants for failure to report an accident and leaving the scene of an accident

* Rejino C. Rojas, 26, 2nd Avenue North. Bond: $1,000; court date: March 26.

Arrested and charged with domestic assault

* Kimberly A. Hancock, 21, Ownby Road. Bond: $1,000; court date: April 1.

* Shana Bishop, 34, Acorn Drive. Bond: $1,000; court date: April 8.

* Richard D. Starling, 26, Belfast Avenue. Bond: $1,000; court date: March 18.
