Abbie Collins of Lewisburg receives 1st place for the fourth consecutive year in both Central Region 4-H Clothing Events at the Tennessee State Fair on Sept. 9.
Collins placed first in Clover Collection’s “Best Wear” category for her sewn garment. This contest awards exceptional efforts in clothing construction and design.
She also placed first in Fun with Fashion’s “School Wear” category for her purchased ensemble. Participants are provided a scenario and must procure an outfit that meets current trends, is age appropriate, and falls within a certain budget.
