Can't we all just get along?
William D. 'Buddy' London, of London Road, Cornersville, decided last Thursday was a good day to make his feelings about the new landfill known. So he put on his tee shirt, dyed his hair green, loaded up his dog, Bear, and drove down to the square in Lewisburg. He parked on the east side and sat waving to passing traffic and talking to everyone who stopped by to comment on his hair color. 'I'm one of the insignificant 30 people' (whose property is within one mile of the proposed landfill site), said London, a former banker and longtime farmer.
