Advanced Master Beef Producer class
Beef cattle producers from Marshall and Moore Counties recently completed Advanced Master Beef Producer. Fifty-five producers completed the program organized by UT Extension. Producers were able to tour the UT Beef Heifer Development Unit in Lewisburg where they were treated to demonstrations dealing with cattle handling facilities, cattle herding by horses, native warm season grasses and calving presentation. Thanks to the crew at the Dairy Research and Education Center, Mike Tansil, Todd Jennings and all of the speakers for their help with this program.
