Mrs. Viola Gipson Reaves, 76, resident of Antioch, died peacefully on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, surrounded by her family.

A graveside service will be conducted on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 12 p.m. at Lone Oak Cemetery. The family will visit with friends from 11 a.m. until service time at Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home.

A Marshall County native, Viola was born on July 16, 1945, to the late William Robert Gipson and the late Mildred Cavendar Gipson. She enjoyed fishing, watching game shows, and playing scratch-off tickets.

Survivors include her daughters, Lisa Reaves, Wendy Fike; son-in-law, James Fike, grandchildren, Jeff Simpson, James Simpson, Kelli Simpson, Kristen Fike, Savannah Fike, Katie Fike, Olivia McCormack, George McCormack; and four great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul C. Reaves; daughter, Laurie J. Reaves; brothers, Travis Gipson, Robert Charles Gipson; and sister, Polly Stegall.
