Ms. Christner was a native of Ypsilanti, Mich., and the daughter of Harry Christner of Merritt Island, Fla. and Jean Sanders of Lewisburg. Teresa Lee Christner, 55, of Lewisburg, died Thursday, July 25, 2013, in NHC Oakwood Healthcare.
Ms. Christner was a native of Ypsilanti, Mich., and the daughter of Harry Christner of Merritt Island, Fla. and Jean Sanders of Lewisburg. She was a veterinarian's assistant with Meredith Animal Hospital for several years and later she was employed with Cosmolab Corporation. She attended the Christian Non-Denominational Church.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Rocky Christner.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Sherry Christner of Fayetteville and Nancy Taylor of Petersburg, and a close cousin, Tina Davis of Cornersville.
Graveside services were conducted Sunday, July 28, in Short Cemetery.
London Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
