He attended Second Avenue Church of Christ, graduated high school in Marshall County, and attended MTSU. Brian was employed by the Cathay Company in Murfreesboro until his health failed. In his respite time he enjoyed writing lyrics, cooking, mixing music, and watching movies...

Steven Brian Yeargins, 39, passed on Wednesday, July 16, 2014, in Nashville.
He was the son of Catherine and Gregory Yeargins of Lewisburg. He attended Second Avenue Church of Christ, graduated high school in Marshall County, and attended MTSU. Brian was employed by the Cathay Company in Murfreesboro until his health failed. In his respite time he enjoyed writing lyrics, cooking, mixing music, and watching movies.
He was preceded in death by grandparents Gertrude and Henry Stafford and Dora Yeargins, and niece, Heaven Rendon.
He is survived by his parents, Gregory and Catherine; sister, Darlene (Jeff) Rendon and nephew Kairan Rendon; uncles James Hardin, Joe Peacock, Howard McCroskey, and Preston Dalton; aunts, Ethel Robinson, Martha Cooper, Sarah McCroskey, Mattie Peacock, and Elizabeth Dalton; and many other relatives and friends.
The Funeral Service was held Monday, July 21, at Second Avenue Church of Christ. Burial followed at Cook Memorial Cemetery, Lewisburg.
