Roger Clark Fitzpatrick, 70, of Petersburg, died Monday, Oct. 28, 2019, at NHC Lewisburg.
He was a native of Lewisburg, the son of the late Joe and Emma Miles Fitzpatrick. He was a manager and 30 year employee for Hamlin and Bolling Furniture and a member of the Baptist church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Michael Longshore.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Metcalf Fitzpatrick; sons, Richie Fitzpatrick of Nashville and Danny (Lynn) Longshore of Petersburg; three sisters, Paula Miller of Portage, MI, Betty Jo Hobbs of Brentwood, and Pallie Lowry of Miami, FL; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2019, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of London Funeral Home with burial to follow in Beechwood Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will begin Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2019, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and will continue Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2019, until the funeral hour.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
London Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
