Robert James Maxwell, 65, of Lewisburg, died Tuesday, June 9, 2015 in Marshall Medical Center.
Mr. Maxwell was a native of Harbor Beach, Michigan and son of the late Albert and Hazel Marion Arntz Maxwell. He was retired from General Motors after 33 years of service and was a member of the Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of forty-three years, Mary Helen Justice Maxwell of Lewisburg; daughter, Rebecca (Scott) Webber of Murfreesboro; two sons, Rob (fianceé, Katy Ruiz) Maxwell of Lewisburg and Anthony (Brittany) Maxwell of Fairview; sister, Gloria (Alex) Scoviac of Davison, Michigan; and eight grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Marion Maxwell Walsh.
Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. today from the chapel of London Funeral Home with burial to follow in Lone Oak Cemetery.
The family will be at London Funeral Home today from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. for visitation.
London Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
