Richard “Ritchie” Troy Blackwell, 54, resident of Lewisburg, died on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019, in Lewisburg.

Funeral services for Mr. Blackwell will be conducted Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2019, at 1 p.m. at Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Short Cemetery. The family will visit with friends on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2019, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton.

Born on April 25, 1965, in Lewisburg, he was the son of Kathlene Blackwell and the late John T. “J.T” Blackwell. He enjoyed woodworking, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include his mother, Kathlene Blackwell of Lewisburg; daughters, Jessica Blackwell and Nicole Johnson both of Lewisburg; brothers, Ken Blackwell, Linton Blackwell, Chris Blackwell all of Lewisburg; sister, Sheila Linley of Lewisburg; and grandchildren, Braylon Bledsoe, Taelyn Bledsoe, Rylan Clay Blackwell, Paxton Blackwell, Maleenan Johnson, and Kilyan Johnson.
