Mrs. Phyllis B. Greene, age 70, of Lewisburg, died Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017, at her residence.
Mrs. Greene was a native of Hawkins County, TN, the daughter of the late Carl Reese Burton, and Mrs. Edith Imogene Price of Lewisburg. She was a retired pharmacy technician and member of the Baptist church. She was also a loving grandmother and homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, George Eddie Greene; two sons, Anthony Reese “Tony” Greene of Fayetteville, Mark Edward Greene of Lewisburg; one daughter, Lori Ann Greene of Lewisburg; five grandsons; and three great grandchildren.
Graveside services were conducted on Friday, Sept. 29, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Lone Oak Cemetery and burial followed.
Visitation with the family began Friday morning at 9 a.m. and continued until departure for the cemetery.
London Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
