Valerie Falcon Anderson, 58, of Lewisburg, died Sunday, Aug. 14, 2011, at Heritage Medical Center in Shelbyville.
Valerie was the daughter of the late Herman John and Clara June Whitsett Falcon. She was the director of the Rainbow Kids and Parents Day Out day care programs, a former Survivor Chair of the Relay for Life, and member of the Lewisburg First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Teddy B. Anderson, and son, Chance Anderson, both of Lewisburg.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, Aug. 16, at the Lewisburg First Baptist Church, followed by burial in Lone Oak Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude's Cancer Research, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142.
London Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
