Bobby Joe Robert Sharp, 65, of Lewisburg, passed away on Thursday, Aug.18, 2011, at NHC-Lewisburg.
A native of Marshall County, he was the son of the late Alene Ervin and Morgan Douglas Sharp. He was a former employee of Coca Cola and Cosmolab Cosmetics Corporation and a member of the First Assembly of God in Lewisburg.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Sharp was preceded in death by an infant son, Robert Joe Sharp; two half-sisters, Marlene Hazlett and Jackie Harber; and one half-brother, Morgan Sharp Jr.
Survivors include his loving wife, Caron Martin Sharp of Lewisburg; one son Charlie Douglas Sharp of Lewisburg; one stepdaughter, Pamela Walls of Nashville; one stepson, Greg Martin of Lewisburg; brother, Bill McCall of Crump, Tenn.; three sisters, Judy L. Williams of Belfast, Patsy Whaley of Lewisburg, and Delores Woods of Lexington, Tenn.; three grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mr. Sharp were conducted Sunday, Aug. 21, from the chapel of Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home, followed by burial in Lone Oak Cemetery.
There was a Masonic Service following visitation on Saturday, Aug. 20.
