Milton Steadman, 88, of Hamilton, OH, died Friday, July 3, 2020, at Hospice of Hamilton. He was a native of Natchitoches, LA, the son of the late Jeff and Clevie King Steadman. His parents began calling him Leroy at the young age of two or three. He was preceded in death along with his parents by his half-brothers and half-sisters, Effie Steadman Roe, Jo V Steadman, Nedam Steadman, Jack Steadman; two sisters, Flossie Steadman Lovette, Betty Jean Steadman Buell; and his wife, Charlotte Thatcher Steadman in 1963; second wife, Stella Watson Wilson of Cornersville; and step-children, Gene, Sandy, Toby and Gary Wilson.. ...

Milton Steadman, 88, of Hamilton, OH, died Friday, July 3, 2020, at Hospice of Hamilton.

He was a native of Natchitoches, LA, the son of the late Jeff and Clevie King Steadman. His parents began calling him Leroy at the young age of two or three.

He was preceded in death along with his parents by his half-brothers and half-sisters, Effie Steadman Roe, Jo V Steadman, Nedam Steadman, Jack Steadman; two sisters, Flossie Steadman Lovette, Betty Jean Steadman Buell; and his wife, Charlotte Thatcher Steadman in 1963; second wife, Stella Watson Wilson of Cornersville; and step-children, Gene, Sandy, Toby and Gary Wilson.

He is survived by his children, Deborah Steadman (Glen) Beier, Michael Steadman, and step-children, Mike Wilson, Randy Wilson, and Vicki Wilson Clay; and step daughter-in-law, Gaye Wilson.

Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, July 11, 2020, at 3 p.m. from Beechwood Cemetery with burial to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mr. Steadman’s memory to the First Baptist Church of Cornersville, TN or any charity of your choice.

Cornersville Funeral Home is assisting the family with their arrangements.
