Lucy M. Gordon, age 62, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2017, at the St. Thomas – Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN. Lucy was born in Bedford County to the late Billy Joe and Eda Mae Wilson.
She is survived by her son, William Terrell Hazlett, Fayetteville, TN; sister, Brenda (Harvey) Crane, Lewisburg, TN; brother, Paul Ray Wilson, Shelbyville, TN; and companion, Willie.
Visitation with the family was held in the chapel of Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home on Friday, Sept. 29, 2017, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. The funeral service followed visitation at 2 p.m. with Paul Lucas officiating. There will be a private burial at a later date.
