The Forrest Lady Rockets travelled to Eagleville for an afternoon ballgame on Friday and they brought the heavy lumber with them in a big 10-1 win.
Sara Jordan and Katie Warrick bashed homeruns for Forrest, who banged out 16 hits in the District 9-A contest.
Warrick also picked up the win the circle for Forrest, giving up one earned run on seven hits, while striking out nine and walking just one Lady Eagles' batter.
Warrick was red-hot at the plate, going 4-5, while Lainey Mays (3-4, 3RS, 2RBIs) and Liz Daughrity (3-5, RS) both had three base knocks in the game.

Hits fly
Warrick was red-hot at the plate, going 4-5, while Lainey Mays (3-4, 3RS, 2RBIs) and Liz Daughrity (3-5, RS) both had three base knocks in the game.
Jordan (2-4) had a double to go along with her long knock, while Savannah Brothers also had two hits in four at bats.
Kelsey Darnell had one hit and two runs knocked in and eighth grader Samantha King had one hit and scored a run.
Jessica Harmon had a fielder's choice RBI, a steal, and a sacrifice bunt and Kiyoko Puca had a sac bunt and a stolen base.
Eagleville got their lone run in the first inning on an RBI single by Theresa Posada.
Lady Rockets roll
The Lady Rockets scored twice in the top of the second inning on a two-out, two-run single by Mays.
There was no scoring in the third inning and Warrick drove home Mays in the top of the fourth and scored on a passed ball to make it a 4-1 FHS lead.
After a scoreless fifth, Forrest broke the game open with four runs in the sixth on a two-run double by Warrick and on Jordan's two-run dinger as the Lady Rockets extended their lead to 8-1.
Mays scored on Harmon's RBI fielder's choice in the top of the seventh, before Warrick put the icing on the win, drilling a deep homerun over the left field fence in Eagleville.
Eagleville came up with a pair of one-out hits in the bottom of the seventh before the game ended on a grounder back to Warrick in the circle.
