Katherine Elaine Luttrell Culbertson, 73, of Lewisburg, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, July 7, 2020, at 8:20 p.m. at St. Thomas West. She was a native of Maury County, the daughter of the late Charles Edward and Ruth Davis Luttrell. Katherine Elaine Luttrell Culbertson, 73, of Lewisburg, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, July 7, 2020, at 8:20 p.m. at St. Thomas West.

She was a native of Maury County, the daughter of the late Charles Edward and Ruth Davis Luttrell. She retired from Kantus after 25+ years of service and was previously employed with Dick’s Restaurant and Weather Tamer of Lewisburg. She was a member of the Parkview Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, David Stanton (Brenda) Luttrell, Charles, Jr. (Sharon) Luttrell, Jerry (Darlene) Luttrell, and John Luttrell, Sr. (Charlene); two baby brothers; and two sisters, Betty Ruth (Richard) Wiley and Brenda Kaye (Gene) Farrar. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Richard Culbertson, Sr.; daughters, Shelia Blalock,

and Tammy (Jerry) Harris; sons, James Thomason, David (Libby) Culbertson, Dennis Culbertson, Ken Carman, and Richard Culbertson, Jr., all of Lewisburg; sisters, Reenie Johnson of Franklin, Debbie (Danny) Jones of Lynnville, Dorothy Holt (Keith) of Columbia, Barbara (Milton) Hicks of LaVergne, and Linda Gilliam of Cornersville. Nineteen grandchildren, thirty-five great grandchildren, and many others that loved her, also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, July 11, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. from the chapel of Cornersville Funeral Home, 310 North Main St., Cornersville, TN 37047 with burial to follow in New Hope at Ostella.

Visitation with the family will begin on Friday, July 10, 2020, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. and will continue on Saturday, July 11, 2020, until the funeral hour.

Due to the current pandemic, the family respectfully requests to be mindful of safety guidelines and personal judgment when paying respects.
