Joyce Ann Fowler, 78, of Lewisburg, died Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2019, at her residence.

She was a native of Maury County, the daughter of the late Luther Foster and Tiny Louise Waddy Harvey. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Assembly of God.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, James L. Fowler; daughter, Teresa Lynne Fowler; and brothers, Johnnie Harvey, Junior Harvey, and Charles Harvey.

She is survived by daughters, Reene Talley (Devin) Cook of Nashville and Kaye Fowler (Brad) Carr of Cookeville; sons, Robert Loyd Talley of Lewisburg, Richard Lowell (Leanne) Talley of Mt. Juliet, Will (Donna) Fowler of Fayetteville, and David (Sharon) Fowler of Cornersville; sisters, Laura Mayoza, and Shirley Trice, Lois Kelley, Judy Lee, Linda Ballinger; twelve grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and Mary Ann Clift, Jan Talley, and Pat (Jerry) Gordon.

Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, Dec. 7, 2019, at 4 p.m. from the sanctuary First Assembly of God.

Visitation with the family will begin on Saturday, Dec. 7, 2019, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. and will continue until the funeral hour.
