John Harry Brestle, age 60, of Lewisburg, died Aug. 23, 2017, at his residence.

Mr. Brestle was a native of Martin’s Ferry, OH, the son of the late Harry and Clodie Fry Popp Brestle. He was retired from cemetery maintenance and grounds and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-mother, Katherine Brestle. He is survived by his wife, Marsha Leoncilli; two daughters, Letizia “Tisha” Hanlin, and Bek Leoncilli, all of Lewisburg; one brother, Bob (Nancy) Brestle of Wheeling, WV; one grandson, Coty Hanlin; one niece, Danielle McCort; one nephew, Dusty Cramer; and a sister-in-law, Monica (Greg) Brawdy, all of Lewisburg.

Visitation with the family was Friday at 11 a.m. and continued until the funeral hour. Funeral services were conducted Friday, Aug. 25, 2017, at 12 p.m. from the chapel of London Funeral Home and cremation followed.
