Jaxie Diane Harwell, 70, of Cornersville, died Friday, Oct. 25, 2019, at her residence.
She was a native of Williamson County, the daughter of the late Walter and Norma Adkison Barker. She had retired from Walmart.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Dwayne “Ronnie” Harwell.
She is survived by one daughter, Shannon Caneer of Cornersville; one son, Roger (Sara) Harwell of Cornersville; three sisters, Joan Elliott of Spring Hill, Sheila (Miller) Polk of College Grove, and Kim (Bobby) Floyd of Cornersville; grandchildren, Chelsea (Matt) Owens, Cody Caneer, Cadance, Cameron, Dominic Harwell, Alexia Udell, Hope and Halle Sweeney, and Shyla McAdams; four great-grandchildren, Zoey, Wyatt, Charlotte, and Tate Owens.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2019, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Cornersville Funeral Home with burial to follow in New Hope Cemetery at Ostella.
Visitation with the family will begin on Monday, Oct. 28, 2019, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and will continue on Tuesday until the funeral hour.
Cornersville Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
