Forrest gets big win against Cannon County

The Forrest Lady Rockets grabbed a 7-1 win Thursday against the Cannon County Lady Lions on Senior Night.
Forrest seniors Nataley Staggs, Jaedyn Stalnecker, and Camryn Chambless were recognized.
Cannon County went to the net within the first couple of minutes of the game, but from there it was all Lady Rockets offense.
A stack of Lady Rockets, including Chambless, Jaedyn Stalnecker, and Maddie Stalnecker, came together to score seven goals. Chambless lead the way with four goals and was named player of the game.
Goalie Madison Medina picked up two saves on the few trips Cannon County made to the opposite end of the field.

Forrest will go up the road to district opponent Community for their second meeting of the season on Thursday.
