Charles "Babe" Lyndal Miller, 90, of Belfast, died Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, in NHC Lewisburg Healthcare. Mr. Miller was a native of Marshall County and son of the late Howard Leslie and Hattie Elma Woods Miller. He served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II in the Pacific Theatre. He was an inspector with Inter City Products before his retirement. He was a member of the Union Presbyterian Church of Belfast where he served as an elder for many years...

Charles "Babe" Lyndal Miller, 90, of Belfast, died Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, in NHC Lewisburg Healthcare.

Mr. Miller was a native of Marshall County and son of the late Howard Leslie and Hattie Elma Woods Miller. He served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II in the Pacific Theatre. He was an inspector with Inter City Products before his retirement. He was a member of the Union Presbyterian Church of Belfast where he served as an elder for many years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marian "Penny" Bolt Miller; five brothers, Howard, Joe, Roy, Buster, and Bruce Miller; and two sisters, Sara Miller and Margaret Fuller.

He is survived by his daughter, Linda (Steve) Hollingsworth of Belfast; son, Steve (Julie) Miller of Lewisburg; three grandchildren, Randy (Robin) Hollingsworth and Brad Hollingsworth, both of Belfast, and Brandon Miller of Lewisburg; and three great-grandchildren, Logan, Laiken, and Hayleigh Hollingsworth.

Funeral services were conducted Monday, Nov. 4, from the chapel of London Funeral Home, followed by burial in Round Hill Cemetery at Belfast with military honors.

London Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
