Callie Mae Johnson, 89, passed away Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, at NHC Healthcare. She was the daughter of the late Ida and Craig Moore Sr. of the Mooresville Community. Visitation with the family was Thursday, Dec. 13, at the chapel of Anderson Funeral Home, and Friday, Dec. 14, at Second Avenue Church of Christ. The funeral followed at noon. Brother Anthony Booker officiated. Interment was at Hill Cemetery...

Mrs. Johnson is survived by one daughter, Ida Mae Johnson (Willis Jr.), and one son, George Raymond Peacock (Jo Anne); one stepdaughter, Alice Poston (Paul); two granddaughters, Reynelle Smith (Taylor) and Ann Tears (Ricky); two great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
Anderson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
