Barbara Ann Ward, 75, of Lewisburg, died Sunday, Jan. 17, 2021, at Maury Regional Hospital.
She was a native of Texas, the daughter of the late Milton Puryear and Norma Jo Shaw Puryear. She was a a member of the Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, J. C. Puryear.
She is survived by a daughter, DeeDee (Scott A.) Hamilton of Athens, TN; two sons, Frank (Dana) Ward, Jr. of Lewisburg, TN, David (Anithia) Ward, Decatur, TN; two sisters, Margaret Harrell, Ardmore, AL, Betty Mize, Columbia, TN; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date.
London Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family with the arrangements.
