Aspen Nichole Bailey was born on May 14, 1998, a native of Lynnville, and left this life on Feb. 7, 2013, in Wright, Wyo.

Aspen loved her family and her animals. In school she was involved in drama, track, and cross-country. Her warmth, innocence, openness, and love will be greatly missed by all.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Ricky Wayne Tolbert I of West Point, Ala.

She is survived by her mother, Bonnietta Tolbert Bailey, and her partner, James Barb, of Wright, Wyo. She is also survived by her grandmother and stepgrandfather, Wendy and John Kikendall, and her uncle, Ricky Wayne Tolbert II and his wife Amber, along with their children, Justin, Benjamin and Rheanna of Murfreesboro. Aspen had many great-aunts in Alabama and Tennessee and a great-uncle in Wyoming. There are many cousins in Alabama, Tennessee, and Wyoming.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, at Cornersville Funeral Home, followed by burial in Diana Cemetery.

Vistation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, at the funeral home.
