Annie Katherine Ewing, 82, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at Maury Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of Ed and Eula Paxton Davis and was a faithful member of Second Avenue Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elder Harvey V. Annie Katherine Ewing, 82, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
She was the daughter of Ed and Eula Paxton Davis and was a faithful member of Second Avenue Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elder Harvey V. Ewing Jr.; brothers, Jasper, Willie Ed, and Thomas Fay Davis; sisters, Lenore Lane and Dorothy Faye; niece, Dottie Kelso; nephews, Michael Davis and Roger H. Davis; and her uncle, J.D. Davis.
She is survived by her sons, Brad Ewing, Tonoma (Sarah) Ewing, Harvey V. Ewing III, Kevin Troy Ewing, and Charles Ewing; one daughter, Ann Jones; sisters, Eulean (George) Mendes and Betty Kelso Woods; sisters-in-law, Sarah Davis and Louella Davis; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives, her church family, and dear friends.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, April 7, followed by interment at Alsup Cemetery.
