Amanda was born on Oct. 10, 1979, in Plattsburgh, NY. She was the daughter of Laurie Roussell Mitchell and the late Robert Collins.
Survivors include her mother, Laurie Roussell Mitchell; lifelong companion, Alan Ward and his family; sons Joshua Chaviers, Matthew Chaviers; daughter, Ivy Rena Grace Ward; brother, Bruce Danville; sister, Genna Ward; and special aunt, Carol Baker.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, William and Marjorie Roussell and stepfather, Richard Mitchell.
