It never sat well with Forrest head coach Jeremy Jean, losing to Eagleville in Chapel Hill last year and his Lady Rockets made things right on Tuesday when they came away with a 60-51 win over the Lady Eagles in their District 9A home opener.
"Eagleville is always a tough game for us, with them being just down the road it adds something special to that game," said Jean. "And with them beating us on our home floor last year, I think made us play a little tight. I told the girls the same thing I say before every game, it's the biggest game of the year. The biggest game of the year is the one you are about to play."

The Forrest Rockets opened the 2014-2015 home portion of the season in style Tuesday, sweeping the Harpeth Indians in a pair of close matches, 45-32 and 42-38.
"We won only because we had a full team and they did not fill every weight class," said Forrest head coach Kyle Stacey. "Filling a team is a huge part of wrestling and it's hard to win without a full team, but we have a long ways to go to be where we want to be as a team."

"In the words of the great Aaron Rogers "relax" we are going to get and when we get it, we will be fine. I don't like to lose, nobody likes to lose, but it is a learning experience."
