CAC's latest win came easily, via a four-inning, 11-0 run-rule win over A-Plus Collision Center on Tuesday night. CAC pitchers Dylan Eady and Lane Allen combined to throw a no-hitter versus A-Plus. more
After an 8-0 win over A-Plus Collision Center in its last game, Nichirin was on the other end of the see-saw, trailing 8-1 before storming back for a 9-8 victory over Marshall Medical Center (MMC) Tuesday night at The Jonathan D. Hollingsworth Memorial Babe Ruth Field at Lewisburg. Nichirin's Jacob Freeland was the hero of the night, slamming a two-out, seventh inning double that drove home the tying run, plus the eventual game-winner. more
The Mike Tatum coached Cornersville Middle School Bulldogs posted a 16-7 regular season record and were the No.1 seed in the Duck River Valley Conference Tournament at Liberty Middle School where they finished in second place. In round one, CMS hurlers Carson Stacey and Raymond Cooksey combined for a no-hitter, shutting out Huntland, 10-0. The pair combined for 11 strikeouts in the contest as Stacey picked up the win. more

Gauge Anderson will be a big fan of rainy nights from now on as the Lewisburg Elks' Lodge No. 1990 hurler tossed five innings of no-hit ball versus Marshall Medical Center (MMC) before a deluge encompassed Jonathan D. Hollingsworth Field at Lewisburg Thursday night, ending the game. Anderson picked up the win and the no-hitter as the Elks won 3-0. more

Forrest eighth-grader Wesley McCoy recently represented the Marshall County Wrestling Club (MCWC) and Team Tennessee at the Lee Pamulak Middle School National Duals in Des Moines, Iowa. McCoy took home a fourth-place trophy at the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) event, posting a 5-3 record in the 160-pound weight class, wrestling opponents from Montana, Illinois, Wyoming, Nebraska and Alabama. more
The Marshall County Wrestling Club (MCWC) competed at the Tennessee State AAU Wrestling Tournament last Saturday in Cookeville. Over 1,000 wrestlers from across the state competed in the tournament with the MCWC walking away with five wrestlers placing in the top five. more

The Marshall County Wrestling Club recently competed in Crossville at the Region 1 and 2, Top 100 tournament against 682 of the best wrestlers the region has to offer. The club sent three competitors, Wes McCoy, John Morton, and Seth McCoy to the event. The group wrestled some hard-fought battles, with Wes McCoy finishing in first place in the 150-pound weight class, while his brother Seth McCoy finished second in the 165-pound weight class. The Marshal County Wrestling Club competed at the 6th Annual Music City Brawl in Franklin on Saturday. The club brought 23 wrestlers of all ages and experience to compete with over 500 wrestlers from clubs all over the southeast region. more

A group of 33 former Cornersville Bulldog football players experienced the thrill of victory one more time on Saturday night when they pulled out a nerve racking 18-12 win in double overtime against a team of Richland alumni in front of a packed house at Wayne Hobbs Field in Lynnville. With the game being sponsored by Alumni Football USA, the two squads battled to a 6-6 tie through the first four quarters of play before each team scored a touchdown and failed on a two-point conversion attempt in the first overtime to leave the game knotted at 12-12. more
