Who's Hot RB Cam Akers, Florida State Yup, there's still some life left in the Seminoles. It's been a rocky season in Tallahassee, to be sure. But Florida State shook off a tough loss to Wake Forest a week earlier to flatten Syracuse and even its record at 4-4. Facing a possible letdown in Tampa after shocking TCU a week earlier, SMU smoked USF, 48-21, behind four Buechele touchdowns, including three through the air.

The tournament wasn’t kind to Motlow however as they dropped a 5-2 decision to Cleveland State Sunday and a 6-3 game to Dyersburg State Monday.
