Ten months into the current fiscal year, Marshall County’s anticipated new construction growth and adequate facilities tax is on track to set a new record. The Marshall County Codes Office monthly reports through March 2017 that 188 new home permits, and 566 permits total have generated $253,001.23 in revenue, which is earmarked for adequate facilities.
