A Petersburg man called the Marshall County Sheriff's Department to complain of harassment last week. Detectives Bart Fagan and Bob Johnson responded to a call from John Hill, 51, of Morgan Ave., Petersburg, about 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17. Hill told the detectives "there was a vehicle parked illegally on Morgan Avenue," Fagan wrote in his report. ... more
