A Manchester man was arrested Thursday afternoon at a house near what's known as the Verona store where he was found to have a portable methamphetamine lab and ingredients. One of the recently resigned members of Marshall County's School Board on Wednesday pleaded guilty to reckless driving, a charge reduced from driving while intoxicated. His sentence includes 48 hours in jail.
