Sheila Jean Darnell Price, 60, resident of Lewisburg, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 25, 2021, at her residence surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home with Reverend Timothy Holton officiating. Sheila Jean Darnell Price, 60, resident of Lewisburg, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 25, 2021, at her residence surrounded by her family.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home with Reverend Timothy Holton officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Park Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends on Tuesday, June 29th from 4 until 8 PM at Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton.

Born on June 19, 1961, she was the daughter of the late James Chester Darnell and the late Elizabeth Evelyn Darnell. Sheila was a devoted homemaker and loved her children and grandchildren deeply. She was a wonderful cook; she would never let someone go hungry. Sheila enjoyed singing karaoke and drawing. She had the ability to light up a dark room, and will be remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend, and Christian.

Survivors include her son, David (Angela) Price, Jr. of Columbia; daughter, April (Mary Ann) Price of Lewisburg; brother, Paul “Bubba” (Debbie) Darnell of Cornersville; grandchildren, Hailey Price, Gracie Price, James Price, Lillian Price; longtime companion and fiancé, Terry Wayne Crosslin; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, David Price, Sr.; brother, James Edward Darnell; and sisters, Patricia Ring and Glinda Bryant.
