Mae Tom Knott, 73, of Lewisburg, died Friday, July 23, 2021, at Maury County Regional Health Center.
She was a native of Fayetteville, TN and the daughter of the late Henry Dobbins and Tiny Elizabeth Knott. She was retired and attended the Greater First Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandchild, Cameron Jameson. She is survived by two daughters, Shapiro Gwen Knott of Columbia, TN and Tonya Lightfoot of Lewisburg, TN: life partner, Jimmy Tidwell of Lewisburg, TN; sister, Betty Knott of Fayetteville, TN; four grandchildren, Trijah Owens, Allante’ Watts, Colton Jameson, D’Corian Jameson; numerous bonus grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a devoted friend, Mary Tears.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, July 31, 2021, at 1 p.m. from Greater First Baptist Church led by Pastor Herbert Johnson and Pastor Steve Acklin with cremation to follow.
Visitation with the family will begin on Saturday, July 31, 2021, from 12 p.m. until the funeral hour.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to to the Greater First Baptist Church, 512 North 6th Avenue, Lewisburg, TN 37091.
