A funeral service for Mrs. Hargrove was conducted Monday, March 8, 2021, at 2 p.m. at Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home with Brother Rick Rollin officiating. Burial followed in Talley Cemetery. The family visited with friends on Monday from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Born on June 25, 1946, in Albany, KY, Louise was the daughter of the late Earl Stephenson and the late Wilma Smith Stephenson. After the passing of her mother, she was reared by the late Glenda Lee Stephenson. Louise was an avid shopper, and enjoyed watching QVC shopping network. She loved listening to Elvis and was very fond of pink flamingos. Louise loved her grandsons and great-grandchildren deeply. She was a people person, always carried a smile. Mrs. Hargrove attended Westvue Church of Christ.
Survivors include her daughter, Ginger (Travis) Teal of Lewisburg; grandsons, Jake (Lindsay) Chapman and Ethan (Josey) Chapman both of Lewisburg; and great-grandchildren, Jace Chapman, Baylee Chapman, Maddie Chapman, and Easton Chapman.
In addition to her parents and stepmother, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald D. Hargrove.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest that memorial contributions can be made to The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Nashville — P.O. Box 41834, Nashville, TN 37204.
