Kevin LaDon Biggers, born Aug. 7, 1957, to the late Caldwell Biggers and Bettye Biggers Griffin, departed this life Jan. 6, 2021, at the Elk River Healthcare and Rehab Facility in Fayetteville. He accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of Greater First Baptist Church until his health failed him. He was a 1975 graduate of MCHS, attended Columbia State Community College and was employed with the Marshall County School System. He enjoyed coaching Babe Ruth baseball...

Kevin LaDon Biggers, born Aug. 7, 1957, to the late Caldwell Biggers and Bettye Biggers Griffin, departed this life Jan. 6, 2021, at the Elk River Healthcare and Rehab Facility in Fayetteville.

He accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of Greater First Baptist Church until his health failed him. He was a 1975 graduate of MCHS, attended Columbia State Community College and was employed with the Marshall County School System. He enjoyed coaching Babe Ruth baseball.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Bettye Biggers (Anthony) Griffin; brother, Robert “Pepper” (Meechie) Biggers, Clark Biggers of Lewisburg, Rickey (Julie) Biggers of Austin, TX, Colby (Kellye) Biggers of Nashville; sisters, Carleesa Tears and Tasha Biggers of Lewisburg, and Syrita Woods of Athens, AL. A host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, relatives, and friends also survive, along with devoted friends, Pastor Herbert Johnson and Kerry Lewis Brown.

A graveside service will be announced at a later date.

Anderson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
