Gwendolyn Butler Wiles, 92, of Lewisburg, died Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2021, at her residence.
She was a native of Marshall County, the daughter of the late Ewell and Mary Bryant Butler. She was a teacher, co-owner of Wiles Ford/Mercury, and a member of the Lewisburg First United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Edward Wiles in 2010.
She is survived by sons, Eddie (Janet) Wiles, Tim Wiles, daughter, Myra (Steve) Bowden, all of Lewisburg; six grandchildren, Erin (Rick) Whetsel, Rob (Katie) Wiles, Kayla (Cody) Hale, Haley (Clint Koenig) Wiles, Jenna (Cole) Liggett, Lyssa (Ethan) Nichols; brothers, Ewell (Betsy) Butler Jr., and Garry (Sara) Butler.
Graveside services were conducted Friday, Oct. 1, 2021, at 11 a.m. from Lone Oak Cemetery Lewisburg, TN 37091 and burial followed.
Visitation with the family began Friday at the cemetery from 10:30 a.m. until the graveside service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lewisburg First United Methodist Church.
London Funeral Home and Crematory assisted the family with the arrangements.
