Edith Elizabeth Harwell, age 77, of Lewisburg, died Sunday, May 2nd, 2021 at her residence.
She was a native of Marshall County, the daughter of the late Selwyn Wheatley and Virginia Whitsett. She retired from Genesco and was a member of the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Harwell in November 2020.
She is survived by one son, Bryan Harwell of Lewisburg, two granddaughters, Chasity (William) Rowe, Candice (Matt) Bates, and seven great grandchildren, Olivia, Joslyn, Allyson, Felicity, Nolan, Analeigh, and Alayna.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, May 6th, 2021 at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of London Funeral Home 324 West Church Street Lewisburg, Tennessee 37091 with burial to follow in Lone Oak Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will begin on Thursday, May 6th, 2021 from 12:00 pm until the funeral hour.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society.
London Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family with the arrangements.
