Bobby Allen Hooten, 86, resident of Lewisburg, died on Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2021, at his residence.

Born on Feb. 26, 1934, in the Mooresville community, he was the son of the late Wilson Hooten and the late Annie Holder Hooten. He was a self-employed concrete worker and enjoyed farming. He loved professional wrestling and gardening.
Survivors include his daughters, Jeanette Hooten of Lewisburg, Lynn (Johnny) Riddley of Lewisburg, Michelle Lee (John) Gorney of Lewisburg; grandchildren, Rebecca Riddley, Janelle Williams, and Josh (Jessica) Williams.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by an infant daughter, Pamela Gail Hooten, and brothers, Andrew Hooten, James Hooten, Bill Hooten, and Gene Hooten.
