Billie Davis Clay, 83, of Lewisburg, died Thursday, Nov. 5, 2020, at Maury Regional Hospital.
She was a native of Cornersville, the daughter of the late Earl and Elise Copeland Davis. She was a retired Bookkeeper for Heil Quaker and was a member of the Mooresville Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband, George Rodney Clay and a son, David A. (Beth) Clay of Columbia.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020, at noon from the chapel of Cornersville Funeral Home and burial followed in Beechwood Cemetery.
Visitation with the family began Saturday from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either the Lupus Foundation or the Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation.
The family requested visitors to wear masks. They would also like to thank Hospice Compassus and the 3rd Floor Nursing staff for the care shown to Mrs. Clay.
Cornersville Funeral Home and Crematory assisted the family with the arrangements.
